Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, customer service, and business development, with a keen ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies that enhance our market presence while fostering a culture of excellence within the team. A prior experience in the Janitorial or Cleaning industry is a plus. This is a hybrid role. The ideal candidate must live or be willing to move to Houston-Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee outside sales efforts, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary tools and training.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for upper management on team performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably in technology or technical sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in account management and business development strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
  • Experience in outside sales is highly desirable.
  • Experience in working in the Janitorial or Cleaning industry (Residential, Commercial, Industrial) a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
